This recipe is a family favorite. It is salty, savory, filling and healthful. —KJ

  • Serves 6
Ingredients
  • 16 ounces Dry Pinto Beans
  • 1 White Onion
  • 2 4 Oz can Green Chillies
  • Salt to Taste
  • Cheese (Cheddar Recomended)
In This Recipe
Directions
  1. Sort dry pinto beans to remove in-edibles and any rocks
  2. Dice onion (medium sized)
  3. Let cool and serve in glass dishes.
