- 16 ounces Dry Pinto Beans
- 1 White Onion
- 2 4 Oz can Green Chillies
- Salt to Taste
- Cheese (Cheddar Recomended)
- Sort dry pinto beans to remove in-edibles and any rocks
- Dice onion (medium sized)
- Let cool and serve in glass dishes.
