Author Notes: In Jewish culture, the fruit symbolizes beauty, blessing and wisdom. This salad with herbs provides lot's of vitamins.Elinoar Moore

Serves: 4

  • 2-3 pomegranates
  • 1/3 cup blanched almonds
  • bunches herbs: parsley, dill, 2 mint leaves, a pinch of coriander
  1. Cut the pomegranate into quarters and remove the seeds. Put in a bowl. Add herbs.
  2. Mix and leave in fridge for an hour or two before eating in order to extract all flavors.
