Author Notes: A shrimp and grit finger food —Phil
- 1 cup Stone ground grits
- 4 teaspoons chicken stock
- cook grits in chicken stock according to instructions
- when done place in small bite size muffin tins..let cool.. cook in oven @ 400 degrees for 30 min (or until golden brown) remove from oven and add small dollop of "Bacon Jam" (Martha Stewart) and small shrimp that has been sauteed in butter...and enjoy
