Ingredients

3 pounds
fresh jalapenos

8 ounces
cream cheese
-
1/2 cup
shredded parmesan cheese

1/2 cup
shredded cheddar cheese
-
1 pound
hickory smoked bacon

1/2 cup
finely chopped yellow onion

2 tablespoons
butter
-
1/4 cup
lime juice
-
1/4 cup
honey
Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Cut jalapenos in half and remove seeds

Sautee chopped onion in pan with butter over low heat until translucent

In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar, and parmesan

Mix in sautéed onions to cheese mixture

Spoon mixture into each jalapeno until mixture runs out

Wrap jalapeno with half a slice of bacon

Place on cookie sheet

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until bacon is golden brown

Mix lime juice and honey together
-
Brush lime and honey mixture over jalapenos before serving
