LCHF nut bread with avocado spread and various toppings —aga
Ingredients
- Magic Loaf

2 tablespoons
Flax Seeds

2 tablespoons
Chia Seeds

1 tablespoon
Psyllium Husk Powder

.25 cups
Pecans
-
3 tablespoons
Hemp Hearts

1 tablespoon
MCT oil
-
.25 cups
water
- Toppings
-

Avocado
-
1 dash
salt
-
1 dash
pepper
-
4 drops
lime juice
Directions
- Magic Loaf
-
mix all dry ingredients in a small loaf pan

add oil and about 1/4cup of water to make very moist, mix well until the dough is very thick, do not pack tight

leave it on the counter over night, it should expand just a little bit and bind together

bake for 20 minutes in 350 degrees

remove loaf from the pan and bake another 20-30 minutes on a cookie rack

let it cool completely before slicing

Mash & mix avocado with salt, pepper & lime juice

Spread over the toast
