Author Notes: LCHF nut bread with avocado spread and various toppings —aga
tablespoons Flax Seeds
tablespoons Chia Seeds
tablespoon Psyllium Husk Powder
tablespoons Hemp Hearts
tablespoon MCT oil
- mix all dry ingredients in a small loaf pan
- add oil and about 1/4cup of water to make very moist, mix well until the dough is very thick, do not pack tight
- leave it on the counter over night, it should expand just a little bit and bind together
- bake for 20 minutes in 350 degrees
- remove loaf from the pan and bake another 20-30 minutes on a cookie rack
- let it cool completely before slicing

- Mash & mix avocado with salt, pepper & lime juice
- Spread over the toast
- Top with your favorite protein or veggie toppings. Suggesting: Anchovies or Sardines Sunny side eggs Jalapenos or hot sauce
