Makes about 3 cups

  • 13.5 ounces (1 can) washed and drained garbanzo beans
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup sirracha
  • 1/8 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/8 teaspoon tumeric
  • 1 teaspoon lemon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • dashes paprika (for garnish)
  1. Process all ingredients in a food processor until creamy and well mixed. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving. Garnish with smoked paprika and more sirracha! Great with veggies, chips or by the spoonful!
