Lemon Cheesecake Smoothie Bowl

This is an awesome recipe and easy to make it by following some simple steps. I hope you will make it at your home. —Wholefood Simply

  • Serves 2
Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup raw cashews*
  • 1/4 cup cold coconut cream
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 frozen bananas, chopped (approximately 300 grams)**
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • flesh of 1 small lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon concentrated natural vanilla extract optional extras
  • blueberries

Directions
  1. Place the smoothie ingredients into your processor and blend at high speed until smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with blueberries if desired.
  2. Eat and enjoy!
