Makes: 1 cup
cup tosted pecans
teaspoon vanilla paste
tablespoon pure maple syrup
pinch sea salt
- In a food processor, combine all ingredients but the salt. Process on high for 2-4 minutes depending on the power of your machine until the butter is smooth and spreadable in consistency.
- Add sea salt to taste and store in air-tight container.
