Vanilla Maple Pecan Butter

Makes: 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 1 cup tosted pecans
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla paste
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Directions

  1. In a food processor, combine all ingredients but the salt. Process on high for 2-4 minutes depending on the power of your machine until the butter is smooth and spreadable in consistency.
  2. Add sea salt to taste and store in air-tight container.
