Great recipe! Everything is in nice proportion-even for the “spice is scary” set. I used my stand mixer to to mix everything but the chicken, then folded that in at the end. Also, I used the breasts from a rotisserie chicken. Due to oven space constraints, I served it using a small crockpot and it was perfect. The crusty top from a broiler would have been nice, but the crockpot was excellent.

HI Matty, I've never tried that, but don't see why it wouldn't work. You could combine everything in the cooker and cook on low for 2-3 hours. Great idea and I might try this dip in the crock pot this weekend for our holiday cookout!
