Ingredients

can solid white albacore tuna, drained

1/4 cup
2% plain greek yogurt (or 1/4 avocado and 1T lemon juice)

1 tablespoon
mustard

1 tablespoon
sirracha

1 dash
black pepper

1 dash
dill

1 dash
red pepper flakes

1/2 cup
shredded carrots

1-2 pieces
celery stalk, chopped
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, add more sirracha or mustard to taste. Enjoy immediately or store covered in fridge for 1-2 days.
