Ingredients

tequila blanco

mezcal

1 ounce
lemon juice

1 ounce
simple syrup

egg white

1/2 ounce
heavy cream

2 dashes
Old Fashioned bitters

2 dashes
vanilla extract

lemon peel

powdered sugar
Directions

Combine all ingredients except the lemon peel and powdered sugar.

Squeeze the lemon peel into the mixture and discard.

Add ice and shake for a good minute.

Strain into a double old fashioned glass and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
