Sweet Potato Bundt Cake

Ingredients
  • 1 cup shredded sweet potato
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 3 tablespoons vanilla
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened milk
Directions
  1. Prepare a baking pan (a bundt pan if you have one) and preheat oven to 350º F.
  2. Sift and combine all dry ingredients.
  3. Add the shredded potato.
  4. Mix until properly combined.
  5. In a separate container, combine vanilla and milk and add to the dry mixture.
  6. Combine properly.
  7. Scrape batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for about 45 minutes.
