Serves 2 small smoothies or 1 large smoothie

  • 1/4 cup plain whole milk yogurt
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup frozen pinapple chunks
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  1. This is easy - put all the ingredients into a blender and mix! If it's too solid, add more coconut milk.
