Ingredients

4 cups
Milk
-
1 pinch
Of saffron
-
1 pinch
of citric acid
-
2 teaspoons
cornflour
-
2 tablespoons
milk
-
1/4 teaspoon
green cardamom
-
10 teaspoons
artificial sweetener
-
8 pieces
chopped amond
-
2 teaspoons
tuti froti
Directions

Bring milk to a boil in a deep pan and simmer till it reduces to half its original quantity. Add saffron and mix well. Mix citric acid in two teaspoon of water and add to the thickened milk. Add dissolved cornflour and stir continuously till the mixture thickness. Add green. Cardamom powder and chopped almond mix well. Take pan off the heat and stir in sugar free natura diet sugar and set aside to cool. Divide the mixture into eight equal portions and shape them into square Barfi. Sprinkle some tuti froti over the Barfi and serve.
