This was absolutely delicious! So light and perfectly sweet with the dusting of confectioner sugar on top!

I made this today. So good and easy. It is the first time I've ever made a moulton cake and it worked beautifully.

Just took my first few bites! I really enjoyed the texture and subtle richness. I think some chantilly cream on the side might help enhance that tahini punch.

WOW, This is fanTAStic! I don't know how in the heck you figured out how to make this; not exactly your usual cake procedure, but I am thrilled that you did, and shared it with us.I want to adorn it with chopped walnuts and pomegranate seeds! thx so much, and congrats on your success!

I made a half batch and tried it with brown sugar instead of white and it worked beautifully. As someone who has lived in Turkey, I have a taste for tahini-based sweets. This was a lovely surprise to find here.
