Three ingredient Wild Blueberry Snack Smoothie is packed with protein (no powder) & nutrients, a satisfying snack or post workout refuel! —Kelli @Hungry Hobby

  • 1 cup frozen wild blueberries
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup non dairy unsweetened vanilla milk (flax)
In This Recipe
  1. Blend all ingredients and enjoy! You can add more ice or milk to achieve the desired thick or thinness of your smoothie, I know everyone is different in preference!
