- 1 cup frozen wild blueberries
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup non dairy unsweetened vanilla milk (flax)
- Blend all ingredients and enjoy! You can add more ice or milk to achieve the desired thick or thinness of your smoothie, I know everyone is different in preference!
