This delicious recipe was concocted by The Daley Plate, using Mustard and Co.'s classic mustard.

The whole grain mustard combines with the sourdough crumbs, garlic, herbs, and olive oil to elevate the texture of the fish.

Ingredients
  • 1 side of Steelhead Trout or Salmon
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Mustard and Co. classic mustard
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh black pepper
  • 1 cup course sourdough breadcrumbs
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 450F.
  2. Whisk oil, mustard, garlic, lemon juice and thyme in a bowl.
  3. Add sourdough crumbs and mix until thoroughly combined.
  4. Season fish with salt + pepper and top evenly with breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Bake until fish is cooked through, 10-15 minutes.
  6. Serve with herbs and sliced lemon wedges.

Easy to make and absolutely delicious. It’s definitely a meal I would serve to company. It’s wonderful with a side of grilled asparagus and roasted potatoes with rosemary.
