I love homemade dessert, and I love even more the smell in the house while it bakes. —Virginie Degryse

I love the simplicity of this recipe and am quite surprised that no one has left any comments yet! I hope to make it soon and will report back. Our persimmon tree is bursting w/fruit that I don't know what to do with. It's more likely that I'll actually try this recipe because it calls for puff pastry instead of homemade crust! 8^)
