What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1 semi-ripened green Anjou pear
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 pinches ground cinnamon
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Line a baking sheet with tin foil
  3. Cut pear in half
  4. Scoop out the pit area of the pear and remove any other unwanted areas
  5. Lay pears on baking sheet with their faces up
  6. Sprinkle the cinnamon over top the pears, drizzle honey evenly throughout the pears, and put a small splash of lemon juice into the emptied out pit area of each pear
  7. Bake for 20 minutes
  8. Remove from oven and drizzle extra honey over pears
  9. Serve warm
