Makes  about 1 3/4 cup tahini

  • 3 cups hulled sesame seeds (about 400 g)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seed oil
  • 3 tablespoons grape seed oil
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Spread sesame seeds onto a baking sheet.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes stirring ones or twice.
  4. Cool and put toasted seeds in to a blender (I used Vitamix), add grape seed oil and sesame seed oil.
  5. Blend until smooth.
