I was thinking of new ways to make a simple pasta. Upon reading about herbs and spices, I came across this idea from Ian Hemphill. Interestingly enough, I had an Italian girlfriend in Seattle who added anchovy to everything against my wishes. Somehow, I grew to develop a taste for it. Try it out... —Intelatin

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon Blue Poppy Seed from Le Sanctuaire
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Anchovy Oil
  • 1 bunch Thin Spaghetti
  • 3 pieces Avocado
  • 3 pieces Serrano chiles, minced
Directions
  1. Boil water. Add pasta. Strain. Fry garlic & onion with table spoon of olive oil, anchovy oil and blue poppy seeds. Mix into pasta. Add avocado slices and minced chile.
