Wake up to a creamy Berry Hemp Smoothie Bowl laced with sweet berries, Greek yogurt and hemp protein powder! This gluten free smoothie bowl is a nutritious and refreshing meal or snack for warm weather and great for post workout recovery! —Megan Olson

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop hemp protein powder
  • sweetener of choice
Directions
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until creamy and smooth.
  2. dd smoothie to a bowl. Top with additional toppings as desired and enjoy!
