Author Notes: Wake up to a creamy Berry Hemp Smoothie Bowl laced with sweet berries, Greek yogurt and hemp protein powder! This gluten free smoothie bowl is a nutritious and refreshing meal or snack for warm weather and great for post workout recovery! —Megan Olson
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 scoop hemp protein powder
- sweetener of choice
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until creamy and smooth.
- dd smoothie to a bowl. Top with additional toppings as desired and enjoy!
