- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup plain yoghurt
- 1/3 cup low fat milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Combine all the ingredient in a blender and blitz to desired consistency.
