Serves 2

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup plain yoghurt
  • 1/3 cup low fat milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  1. Combine all the ingredient in a blender and blitz to desired consistency.
