- 20 eggs
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 8 ounces crumbled bacon
- Scramble eggs, and dice cream cheese.
- Place scrambled eggs into pan and cook, stirring often. When eggs have started to set, begin adding in cubes of cream cheese, until all cream cheese had been added in.
- Remove eggs from pan, and stir in crumbled bacon.
