Turkey Quinoa Burger

I served this the other day to my kids with baked potato slices as buns and they loved it.... It was fun and we made a whole picnic around it. It is perfect for a spring-summer bbq or picnic. —Virginie Degryse

What You'll Need
  • 1 pound ground Turkey
  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 small shallots, minced
  • salt and pepper
  1. Mix everything together, without squishing it. Make 1-2 inches balls and flatten to shape as mini burgers. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side
  2. I baked potato slices in the oven at F400 for 10-12 minutes and used them as buns….I served it with a siracha aioli, mixing vegenaise (or mayonnaise) and siracha sauce.
  3. Et Voila, Bon Appetit!
