I served this the other day to my kids with baked potato slices as buns and they loved it.... It was fun and we made a whole picnic around it. It is perfect for a spring-summer bbq or picnic. —Virginie Degryse
Ingredients

1 pound
ground Turkey

1 cup
cooked quinoa

1/2 cup
chopped parsley

small shallots, minced

salt and pepper
Directions

Mix everything together, without squishing it. Make 1-2 inches balls and flatten to shape as mini burgers. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side

I baked potato slices in the oven at F400 for 10-12 minutes and used them as buns….I served it with a siracha aioli, mixing vegenaise (or mayonnaise) and siracha sauce.
