Ingredients
- Pecan Date Dough

Raw Peacans

1 cup
Pitted Soft Dates
- Melted Chocolate Topping

1/4 cup
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

1 tablespoon
Maple Syrup

1 tablespoon
Coconut Oil, melted
Directions

Place pecans & dates in a food processor & pulse until it forms a coarse meal-like texture. Pulse for a few more seconds until it the dough clumps together.
Place the mixture on parchment paper and press to flatten into 1/2 inch thick rectangle.
In a small mixing bowl, combine melted coconut oil, cocoa powder, & honey or maple syrup and mix until smooth. The mixture should resemble thick melted chocolate.
Pour the chocolate mixture over the date and pecan dough and freeze for about an hour.
Cut in individual portions and store in the freezer.
