Egg and Camembert Spread

Easy to make, delicious bread spread —adinab

  • Makes a small bowl
Ingredients
  • 200 grams Camembert
  • 200 grams quark
  • 100 grams cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 scallions
  • 1 handful sunflower seeds
  • salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika or more to taste
  • pepper
In This Recipe
Directions
  1. Boil the eggs until hard and leave to cool completely.
  2. Roast the sunflower seeds in a pan without adding anypfat, transfer to a plate and leave to cool completel.
  3. Dice the camembert very very finely. Dice the eggs and finely chop the scallions
  4. Mix all the ingredients together and adjust the taste to your liking.
