What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1 Condensed Milk can
  • 1 measure same can of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla pure extract
Directions
  1. Add 3 Tbsp of sugar to a Bundt Pan. Bring to heat steering 'till sugar browns and reserve. Blend ingredients (blender or hand blender) till foam forms on surface. Pour mix into Bundt pan and cover firmly with foil. Place covered pan on a cake pan with water. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until firm (open foil and check after 30 min, if firm, remove). Let it cool and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
  2. Here is the tricky part, to get the flan out cover the pan with a big plate, remove from fridge and let stand for 1 hour, turn pan upside down and tap, tap, tap 'till it descends. If this step doesn't work, make a air pocket with a thin knife around the flan before turning it. If that step fails, try heating the bottom of the pan a little. If all steps fail, grab a spoon and enjoy it!
