What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Tomato (diced)
  • Sea Salt (to taste)
  • Black Pepper (to taste)
  • Coconut Oil
  • 3 Basil leaves (minced)
Directions
  1. Melt the coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a small bowl, add the eggs and whisk until frothy. Add the tomato and basil, stir to combine.
  3. Slowly add the egg mixture to the hot skillet. Stirring often to prevent sticking.
  4. Cook the eggs to desired doneness.
  5. Transfer to two plates, and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve immediately.
