Finally a delicious Brennivin cocktail! This drinker is designed by my lovely man Connor and named for our favourite Icelander. —Sydknee

Ingredients
  • 2 ounces Brennivin (60mL)
  • 3 ounces Rhubarb syrup (90mL)
  • 8 ounces Sparkling sater, chilled (250mL)
