Thai ChickenĀ Drumsticks

My kids love eating drumsticks, they think it is fun to eat with their fingers. I always try different marinades, this has a nice asian and lemony flavor. —Virginie Degryse

  • Serves 4
Ingredients
  • 4 chicken drumsticks
  • 1 tablespoon fishsauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon peanut oil
  • 2 tablespoons coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 dash tumeric
  • 1 dash paprika

Directions
  1. Combine all the ingredients and marinate the chicken for at least 30min up to overnight.
  2. Preheat the oven at 375F and cook for 40 minutes. Serve with coconut rice and greens.
  3. Et Voila, Bon Appetit!
