  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • Parmesan topping
  • 1/2 cup popcorn kernels
  • 1 cup grated parmesan
  • salt'n'pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chili flakes

  2. CARAMEL TOPPING: Melt the butter and sugar in saucepan over medium heat. Add the popcorn when it is melted and coated with the butter. Sprinkle with cinnamon, eat!
  3. PARMESAN TOPPING: Melt butter in saucepan over medium heat. Add the popcorn stir to mix with the butter. Do the same with parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with paprika, eat!
  4. You can also add maple syrup in the caramel, or end with sea salt. For salty, let your imagination go, substitute parmesan with lime zest, add some fresh herbs, garlic, curry powder, mexican spices...
