Makes 1 jar
- 2 cups Toasted Coconut, Unsweetened
- 1/2 cup Walnuts, raw
- 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 2 tablespoons Walnut Oil
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons Vanilla Protein Powder
- This recipe, though it has many ingredients, is pretty simple - add everything to a food processor, and let it whirl. Stop the processor every now and then to scrape the sides, and blend until smooth, creamy, and dreamy.
- Allow the butter to rest in the fridge for an hour, then enjoy with toast, apples, or drizzle over a banana and sprinkle cocoa nibs.
