Author Notes

This dreamy coconut butter is fantastic to dip apples, drizzle on pancakes, throw in a smoothie, or eat straight from the jar. Cheers!

(P.S. Walnuts are high in magnesium, Chia Seeds are full of fiber, cinnamon provides flavor and calcium, and coconut is a trifecta of iron, protein, and healthy fats. All-Natural protein powder assists in maintaining muscle, and keeps you full longer.) —Breyer Belle

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Toasted Coconut, Unsweetened
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts, raw
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Walnut Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons Vanilla Protein Powder
Directions
  1. This recipe, though it has many ingredients, is pretty simple - add everything to a food processor, and let it whirl. Stop the processor every now and then to scrape the sides, and blend until smooth, creamy, and dreamy.
  2. Allow the butter to rest in the fridge for an hour, then enjoy with toast, apples, or drizzle over a banana and sprinkle cocoa nibs.
