Grilled Swordfish Sandwich with Guacamole

What You'll Need
  • For the Guacamole
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Small tomato
  • 1 Small onion
  • 4 tablespoons Chopped, fresh cilantro
  • 1 Lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For the swordfish
  • 4 pieces Fresh swordfish
  • 4 teaspoons Olive Oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. For the Guacamole
  2. Dice avocado, tomato and onion
  3. Put in a bowl with lime juice, cilantro and salt and peper
  4. Take a fork and mash
  1. For the swordfish
  2. Preheat the grill to medium-high.
  3. Brush the grill grate with Olive oil
  4. Season the fillet with salt and pepper.
  5. Grill the swordfish fillet for about 3 minutes on each side, depending on how thick the fish is.
  6. Place the fillet and the guacamole on a whole wheat bun and serve.
