Ingredients
- For the Guacamole

Avocado

Small tomato

Small onion

4 tablespoons
Chopped, fresh cilantro

Lime

Salt and pepper to taste
- For the swordfish

4 pieces
Fresh swordfish

4 teaspoons
Olive Oil

Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- For the Guacamole

Dice avocado, tomato and onion

Put in a bowl with lime juice, cilantro and salt and peper

Take a fork and mash
- For the swordfish

Preheat the grill to medium-high.

Brush the grill grate with Olive oil

Season the fillet with salt and pepper.

Grill the swordfish fillet for about 3 minutes on each side, depending on how thick the fish is.

Place the fillet and the guacamole on a whole wheat bun and serve.
