Ingredients
  • 2 cups walnut
  • 1/2 avocado, pitted and skinned
  • 1.5 cups water
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Directions
  1. Combine walnuts, avocado, basil, garlic and cheese (or cheese sub) into food processor, pulse until meal forms.
  2. Add avocado, lemon juice and water and process until smooth. For a thinner consistency add more water, for a thicker spread add less water.
