Salmon Ceviche

This recipe is based off a few of my favorite flavors from latin cuisine. —Lizzie Greene

  • Serves 4
Ingredients
  • 1 pound Fresh Salmon
  • 10 limes, squeezed
  • 1 cup watermelon, cubed
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, cubed
  • 1/4 cup pepitas, toasted
In This Recipe
Directions
  1. Slice salmon into 1 inch strips
  2. Mix together lime, watermelon, cucumber and pepitas
  3. Add salmon to lime mixture and add salt and pepper to taste
  4. Let fish stand for 5 minutes and enjoy!
