Blueberry Sherbet



Author Notes: I learned about this recipe at Matthew Kenney raw cooking school. It became my new go to breakfast, dessert and snack. I just cannot get enough of it!Virginie Degryse

Serves: 1

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberry
  • 1/3 cup nut milk
  • 1/8 cup raw cashews
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons coconut butter
  • 1 dash salt

Directions

  1. Blend all together in a high speed blender until smooth, layer with fresh blueberries.
  2. Et Voila, Bon Appétit!
