Ingredients
- burger

1 1/2 pounds
ground beef

1/3 cup
blue cheese dressing

4 ounces
crumbled blue cheese
- Sauce
-
1/3 cup
blue cheese dressing

artichole hearts, if canned, rinsed and drained

2 tablespoons
crumbled blue cheese
Directions

Preheat skillet over medium heat.

Stir 4oz. of crumbled blue cheese into 1/3 cup blue cheese dressing.

Add the blue cheese dressing mixture to the beef.

Divide mixture into 6 patties and cook over medium heat5 to 10 minutes, or until desired doneness.

While burgers are cooking, prepare the sauce by mixing all sauce ingredients together.

when the burgers are done, remove them to a serving plate. Tope each burger with 1 Tablespoon of sauce. Serve burgers with remaining sauce.
