Scallops

1 dash
Seasonings
Directions

Preheat skillet

Plop frozen scallops into pan

Sprinkle with your favorite dried spice mix

Cover until they start to thaw (a few minutes)

Drain fluid

Finish cooking without lid (with more spice mix sprinkled) until done. You will see them start to split apart.
