Simple Savory Scallops

An easy dinner —grownupgirl

What You'll Need
  • 1 bunch Scallops
  • 1 dash Seasonings
  1. Preheat skillet
  2. Plop frozen scallops into pan
  3. Sprinkle with your favorite dried spice mix
  4. Cover until they start to thaw (a few minutes)
  5. Drain fluid
  6. Finish cooking without lid (with more spice mix sprinkled) until done. You will see them start to split apart.
  7. Add some fresh herbs
  8. Eat them up!
