In This Recipe
- Preheat skillet
- Plop frozen scallops into pan
- Sprinkle with your favorite dried spice mix
- Cover until they start to thaw (a few minutes)
- Drain fluid
- Finish cooking without lid (with more spice mix sprinkled) until done. You will see them start to split apart.
- Add some fresh herbs
- Eat them up!
