Makes: about 3/4 cup

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch cilantro, tough stems removed, roughly chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1-2 serrano chilies, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • juice from one lime
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredient until emulsified.
