Author Notes: We tend to eat a fair bit of Indian food at our house. Mint chutney is a tasty condiment to enjoy with an Indian dinner and a great way to use up a bumper crop of mint. —City Share
Makes: 1 cup
tablespoons maple syrup, or sweetener of your choice
cup mint, packed
jalepeno, ribs and seeds removed, minced
teaspoon cayenne, or to taste
- Add all of the ingredients to a food processor or blender. Mix until smooth. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
