We tend to eat a fair bit of Indian food at our house. Mint chutney is a tasty condiment to enjoy with an Indian dinner and a great way to use up a bumper crop of mint. —City Share
Ingredients

lime, juiced

2 tablespoons
maple syrup, or sweetener of your choice

1 cup
mint, packed

1 tablespoon
water

1/2
jalepeno, ribs and seeds removed, minced

1/4 teaspoon
cayenne, or to taste
Directions

Add all of the ingredients to a food processor or blender. Mix until smooth. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
