This recipe is made with cassava. An African staple food. You can get it from Asian shop known as mogo chip. It's can be a substitute for potatoes. It is a source of carbonhydrate It's delicious, low in fat and protein.

Frozen cassava wedges

Vegetable oil, salt

500ml water

Chilli mix tomato ketchup

Directions
- Poor 500ml water into a sauce pan and the frozen cassava, Add 1/2tsp salt.
- Cover and simmer for 12minutes. Drain and deep fry until golden brown. Serve sprinkling with chilli powder before serving.
