Gruyere

Raisin toast, Pepperidge Farm

Butter

Salt and pepper
Directions

Prepare the omelette in hot pan with melted butter. Add salt and pepper. Cook gently & quickly. Before folding, add the raison toast.

Remove immediately to plate; add slice of cheese. Broil very briefly to melt.
