Author Notes: Red berry smoothie - aka lazy, throw few things into blender breakfast. It's made from yogurt, oats and frozen berries. Just delicious. And super quick! —VeryBreakfast
Serves 1 glass
- 1 1/2 cups mixed frozen berries
- 1 banana
- 2 tablespoons oats
- 200 milliliters milk of your choice (cow's, almond, rice, oat)
- Peel the banana and add to the blender with the remaining ingredients.
- Blend until smooth.
