Red berry smoothie

Author Notes: Red berry smoothie - aka lazy, throw few things into blender breakfast. It's made from yogurt, oats and frozen berries. Just delicious. And super quick!VeryBreakfast

Serves: 1 glass

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups mixed frozen berries
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tablespoons oats
  • 200 milliliters milk of your choice (cow's, almond, rice, oat)

Directions

  1. Peel the banana and add to the blender with the remaining ingredients.
  2. Blend until smooth.
