Bulgogi also makes the best camping food ever. Just pack it up in a ziplock or closed container and it cooks quickly over a campfire or campstove. Soooo fast and easy. A Korean classmate brought this to a college biology field trip camp trip decades ago and I will never forget how jealous everyone was at how easy his meal was - but he was so nice and shared. One of the most memorable meals I have ever had.
