cup sweet glutinous rice flour
- peel and steam cut sweet potato til soft and cook, let it cool
- add the sweet rice glutinous flour and start kneading it. make a roll and cut 1/2 in rounds and start pan frying on medium low heat on a non stick pan coated with a layer of oil and cook about 1-2 minutes on each side til lightly browned, let it cool and enjoy do not burn.
