sweet potatoes

sweet glutinous rice flour
Directions

peel and steam cut sweet potato til soft and cook, let it cool

add the sweet rice glutinous flour and start kneading it.
make a roll and cut 1/2 in rounds and start pan frying on medium low heat on a non stick pan coated with a layer of oil and cook about 1-2 minutes on each side til lightly browned,
let it cool and enjoy
do not burn.
