Matcha is a nourishing morning ritual that provides grounding energy, adrenal and hormonal support and an abundant dose of antioxidants, without the acidity of coffee. Inspired by the aloha spirit, this warming morning matcha is a potent blend that will nourish you from the inside out. Ingredients

1 cup
macadamia nut milk

1 cup
purified water (warm or room temperature)

1 handful
raw macadamia nuts

1 tablespoon
coconut oil or butter
-
1 teaspoon
moringa powder
-
1 dash
spirulina
-
2-3 drops
peppermint oil
Directions

Toss all contents into a blender or Vitamix and blend on high.

Pour and serve in a large mug, warm or at room temperature.
