Mix the Icecream, milk and cinnamon in a bowl with a whisk until it's like a milkshake and the cinnamon is blended in with the milk and icecream. In a separate bowl beat the 4 eggs with a whisk. Pour the eggs into the icecream mix then whisk the final result until blended. Pour the resulting mix into a shallow bowl. Let bread sit in the mix for 10 seconds then flip over the slice of bread for another 10 seconds.
In a 10-12 inch skillet melt butter then fry slices until golden brown. then flip to cook the other side. Serve with syrup.
