This delicious and light chocolate pudding whips up as fast as a smoothie--and is just as healthy. An easy no-bake dessert that's great for summer and any time of year. —Jennifer Kurdyla

Ingredients
  • 1-1/2 avocados
  • 1/2 banana
  • 4 dry dates
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons raw cacao powder
Directions
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until very smooth. Chill for several hours in the refrigerator before serving. Top with add-ons of your choice: pistachios or whipped cashew cream are delicious options!
